Terms and Conditions
CONSULTATION PERIOD:1. Please note that the base fee does not include furniture cost, which may range anywhere from 1 million gil and onwards depending on the space, the style, and other factors. If you are unsure how to set your budget, I can talk you through this.2. Full payment of the base fee and furnishing fee must be given before I begin the build. Any unused gil from the furniture fee will be returned to you.3. All payment must be made in gil. I do not and will not participate in RMT.4. I do not do NSFW or void builds. I also reserve the right to refuse any commission I feel uncomfortable with.5. Reference pictures are highly preferred, though not necessary. I will take the time to speak to you about your preferences.6. Provided that I do not already have a character in that world, I am willing to make additional alts. However, it will take me several days to a week to unlock housing, as I am busy IRL. Additionally, I will not be able to create new characters on congested worlds.CONSTRUCTION PERIOD:7. If you require items from the Doman Enclave and similar vendors, you will have to provide that yourself unless you are in my home world, Jenova.8. Any unused furniture will be placed in storage. You are allowed to request minor edits once I've started the build and a few after I've finished, but major edits, such as moving whole rooms and walls, must be requested very early on in the process.9. I have a longer time for completion than others as I have other commitments. Please see below for estimates.Small - 3 weeks
Medium - 4 weeks
Large - 5 weeks10. I will keep track of how much I spend on materials or furniture for your house. After the final product has been delivered, I will send a spreadsheet of how much was spent and thus how much I have to return from the furniture fee.REFUND & OTHER POLICIES11. If I am unable to complete your commission or if you need to cancel it for any reason, I will give you a refund based on how much of the build has been completed.12. Please provide proper credit to me if I complete a build for you. You may include it in the opening page of your message book stand, or I can leave a comment in it. Please do not claim it as your own.

Small: 10 million gil
Medium: 25 million gil
